– The beans are rigorously selected by size, including Screen 15, Screen 16, and Screen 18, followed by advanced color sorting technology to remove black, brown, and defective beans, ensuring consistent quality and uniformity.
– With a refined cupping profile featuring a clean cup, good body, high acidity, and notes of chocolate, caramel, and fruity flavors, this premium Arabica is ideal for various roasting and brewing applications, including espresso, cold brew, V60, traditional filter coffee, paper filter, and Robusta blends.
