Job Description
- Monitor and supervise monthly warehouse reports and inventory data.
- Calculate and record depreciation of fixed assets.
- Conduct fixed asset inventory checks every 6 months.
- Reconcile and provide detailed data on monthly allocations, prepaid expenses, and accrued expenses.
- Perform allocation and closing journal entries.
- Prepare tax reports in accordance with regulations.
- Prepare VAT, Personal Income Tax (PIT), and Corporate Income Tax (CIT) declarations.
- Consolidate accounting data from modules including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory Accounting, Payment Accounting, Tax Accounting, and Cost Accounting to prepare the trial balance.
- Review and ensure consistency between detailed accounting records and the general ledger.
- Verify the reasonableness and accuracy of ending balances against detailed reports.
- Prepare annual Corporate Income Tax (CIT) and Personal Income Tax (PIT) finalization reports.
- Print accounting books as required (cash book, bank book, inventory reports, detailed ledgers, etc.).
- Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- College or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a General Accountant, preferably in retail or FMCG industries.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- Careful, responsible, and detail-oriented.
