Job Description

Strategic Orientation

  • Develop and define sustainable development strategies for the company.
  • Ensure in-depth understanding of the company’s market and industry.
  • Conduct research to explore new markets and identify customer needs.

Operations Management

  • Oversee all operational and business activities to ensure business goals are achieved in alignment with the company’s strategy and mission.
  • Make appropriate investment decisions to drive revenue growth and increase profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics.

Company Representation

  • Represent the company in working with partners and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key partners and stakeholders.

Team Development

  • Lead and motivate subordinates to build a productive and efficient team.
  • Train new employees to become excellent sales staff.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for building and maintaining the company’s image and corporate culture.
  • Advise the Board of Directors on investment cooperation and improvements in operational and production processes.
  • Perform other professional tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.

Job Requirements

  • Gender: Male.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related fields.
  • 5–10 years of experience in a similar position in FMCG or the food industry.
  • General knowledge of business, finance, human resources, and public relations.
  • Dynamic, creative, and decisive.
  • Basic English proficiency.

  • Ability to develop and implement both short-term and long-term strategies.
